I’ve always loved meeting Interesting people.

Is one of life’s greatest opportunities.

The Leading Women Circle was born six years ago, shortly after I founded my company at just 26 years old. I remember that period vividly: stepping into the luxury industry was exciting, but equally challenging and often isolating. Navigating unfamiliar territories, particularly building genuine relationships with other women, felt complex. I frequently encountered a certain stiffness and barriers that seemed difficult to overcome.

Yet, I always sensed that successful women—those who had truly made an impact—shared something beyond the professional image society expects of them. Driven by this belief, I instinctively turned to LinkedIn, a platform I've always valued, as a means to connect, share ideas, and meet women who perhaps, like me, were seeking deeper connections.

What started as a personal idea has grown into TLWC: today, we unite over 2800 women managers from diverse countries, supported by brands that deeply resonate with our vision. These brands offer us extraordinary venues and meaningful experiences, creating opportunities for real interaction and dialogue.

From the beginning, I've been clear about never requesting fees from our guests. TLWC's true value lies in dedicating quality time to each other, sharing experiences, and embracing opportunities to discover ourselves, even in challenging times.

We have also never excluded men; in fact, we strongly believe that dialogue between genders enriches everyone's growth. This is why we occasionally host mixed events, specifically designed to encourage meaningful exchanges and mutual learning.

Today, TLWC has a dedicated team that carefully selects our guests, partners with like-minded brands, and strives every day to ensure this circle remains a unique and welcoming space—where meaningful connections thrive, authentic expression is encouraged, and new opportunities are discovered.

Welcome to TLWC.
